Susan Lee Tohn, LICSW
Susan is a retired Associate Professor of Clinical Practice at Boston College Graduate School of Social Work. Susan is co-author of “Crossing the Bridge: Integrating Solution Focused Therapy into Clinical Practice” and “Solution-Focused Therapy with Mandated Clients: Cooperating with the Uncooperative,” in S. Miller, M. Hubble, & B. Duncan (Eds.), Handbook of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Susan works with individual adults, couples, adolescents, and families using the Solution-Focused model. For over 30 years, Susan has provided training for and consulted with management teams, mental health organizations, hospitals, state child welfare agencies, and managed care organizations, and has presented to professional audiences both nationally and internationally. Susan has led three trips to Israel and Palestine, studying trauma treatments.
Jordan A. Oshlag, LICSW
Jordan has over 36 years of experience in the behavioral health care field. For the past six years Jordan has specialized in helping behavioral healthcare agencies pick and implement electronic health records systems. He has worked with Qualifacts, Netsmart (Evolv), eHana, iCentrix, and others. Jordan’s background includes working as the COO of a large community mental health center with over 1000 employees for nine years. Jordan is a graduate of Brandeis University and Boston University School of Social Work and independently licensed in Massachusetts. He is a highly skilled project manager and brings a unique integration of macro and clinical social work skills with technology knowledge and years implementation experience to each project. Jordan has superior organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups of people, as well as strong analytic and writing skills. Jordan is also an energetic, enthusiastic and effective facilitator, teacher and presenter. Other work experience includes working for a Managed Behavioral Healthcare company, a software company and teaching graduate school.
Rachel S. Oshlag, LMSW
Rachel Oshlag is a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York State and a Qualifacts Certified CareLogic System Administrator. She has experience in both clinical and educational settings and has been working with Solutions for over a decade. Rachel specializes in building services documents for agencies implementing EHRs. Additionally, she has conducted EHR training for new users, provided on-site and remote support and training, and created site-specific training materials.
Kevin Hunt
Kevin Hunt joined Solutions in 2017 and has been a Qualifacts Certified CareLogic System Administrator since 2019. He’s been a part of more than 20 EHR implementations and has assisted several agencies in evaluating which EHR would best suit their needs. His experience as a Juvenile Court Case Worker and Youth Development Specialist help him understand that the role of technology in behavioral health should be to enable clinicians to spend more time with the people they serve and less time with their computers.
